The 2025 Masters marks the 89th edition of this prestigious event, which is one of the four major championships in men’s professional golf and serves as the opening major of the year. Established in 1934, The Masters was co-founded by Bobby Jones and has since become renowned for its rich history and tradition.

The Masters committee is responsible for determining the groupings and tee times for participating golfers. These pairings are typically announced the week of the event, usually on the Tuesday preceding the first round, allowing fans and players alike to anticipate the matchups. Sunday, April 6: Player arrivals and practice rounds
Monday, April 7: Player arrivals and practice rounds
Tuesday, April 8: Practice rounds and the Champions Dinner
Wednesday, April 9: Practice rounds and the Par-3 Contest
Thursday, April 10: Honorary starters ceremony followed by the first round of the Masters.
Friday, April 11: Second round of the event
Saturday, April 12: Third round of the event
Sunday, April 13: Fourth and final round of the event, followed by the Green Jacket ceremony and trophy presentation
